Will It Hurt My Unborn Baby If I Inhale Marijuana Smoked By The Father?

I am about 2 months pregnant, and my husband smokes marijuana daily ( a few times a day) and it worries me on how it may affect my baby. He never smokes around me, only in the restroom using a fan vent out the window. I always stay in our bedroom with the door shut when he smokes. I never even smell it unless I use the restroom after him. Is this safe practicing on my part, and our those quick trips to the restroom by me safe even if I can smell the already smoked marijuana? My husband uses due to his anxiety disorder and he smokes like 6 times a day. I hate it but i know he does it legally and needs it. Is my baby safe? Also, i don't even allow him to have unprotected sex to me due to worrying hospital seen can carry the drug into me and my baby. Any info would be great! Thanks so much!

hello,welcome to healthcare magic forum.as your history seems that you are not much exposed to marijuana,but there may be chances of exposure because your husband is smoking it.The effects of marijuana exposure on fetus are cognitive deficits,psychiatric disorders,and interference with brain development.so i will suggest you to avoid exposure to it as much as possible till delivery or if possible tel your husband to use other washroom for smoking purpose.good luck.
