Will Laser Surgery Help Remove Freckles On Face?
Hi..i have very fair skin and have got light brown flat freckles on my face. is laser safe for freckle removal? any side effects? or should I try using some skin lightening creams like melas? but I have used some creams like cosmoglow and melacare but they didn t help much? really keen on getting laser done now. please guide

1. freckles are due to sunsensitivity.
2. you can plan for pixel laser sessions.
3. but no treatment for freckles is permanent.
4.even after multiple laser sessions freckles will re appear.
5. you can try lashield sunscreen during day time and ahaglow face wash twice daily.
6. for reducing the pigmentation you can try depiwhite cream, once daily bed time.
this will control the freckles and reduce the intensity.
