If there is foul smelling discharge from your vagina, there is likelihood of vaginal infection. Please get examined form the doctor, may be at ER and get treated. Even vaginal infection also affects the sperm motility and semen quality.
Initially you may try by discontinuing the lemon juice douche. However, still if there is any problem in conception, I do not see you have any alternative that visiting a Gynaecologist.
