Will M P Forte Be Helpful In Abortion?

hello doctor. i had done a Urine Pregnancy Test and it was positive. i took the tablets M.P. FORTE starting from 17th sept, according to the dosage given in the leaflet, but i have still not started bleeding. is this medicine safe enough for ab abortion.

Understand your concern
MP forte is Ayurvedic tablet it dose not cause abortion. Thats why it does not causes bleeding. Safe and effective option for abortion is mifepristone should be followed by misoprostol after 24 hour under the proper guidance and supervision of gynecologist. It should be done after proper examination and USG Scan that confirm the intrauterine pregnancy and gestational age of pregnancy(it should be used up to 9 week of pregnancy). Do not use at home as it cause threatens complication that require special attention. Follow up USG after 14 days for confirmation of completeness process of abortion.
