Will Marrying A Far Relative Cause Genetic Disorders To Children?

I have recently found out that i have been dating my third cousin once removed for 6 years now. We are looking to marry within the next year and start a family. I am very concerned as to how this could affect genetic disorders with our children. My maturnal parent sures the same great great grandparents as my fiance, which is also matural related.

reccesive genetic disorders get expressed when two siblings get married and also when the marriage takes place in community more often than not.please take consultation regarding this from a gynaecologist.
