Will Menstruation Ease The Painful Ovarian Cyst?

Good day, on the 7th of July 2014, I had Endometrioses removed. The dr. said I can go on with normal life. I did or rather try to compete in a 4 day canoe marathon on the 16th,on the 17th I start with severe pain on right hand side and my back (there is no ovary, lost it due to Endo). I went back to my dr. he found a Cyst in the left ovary (3.11x2.85). He gave me Duphaston 10mg and Celebrex 100mg. It is getting worse so that I can t drive a vehicle. Must I go back rather, or must I stay put and wait till I start menstruating. The pain is severe.

Wait for 5 days for the effect of the medication.
If than also your painremains the same consult doctor.
