Hello i am 16wks pregnant I have used meth a couple of times in the last month I am over it I regret it I have told my loved ones. Everyone is disappointed including myself more than anyone can imagine. However now I am stressing myself on what can I do to cleanse myself anything I can take drink do or anything to make things better easier the duration of my pregnancy
