Will Microgynon Pills Have Any Effect On Antibiotics?

hi ,had sex on wednesday morning. i took first dose of trimethoprim on thursday morning for uti which is also the last day of my microgynon active pill which i took at night. and friday night i started taking the white non active pill. will the antibiotic reduces the effect of the pill?
