Will Missing A BC Pill For A Week Lead To Pregnancy?

I had my normal regular period for about a week and then missed a whole week of my birth control afterwards. During the week of not taking my birth control i had sex with my partner and he did not pull out. I slightly started bleeding again but then it stopped. I’m back to my normal birth control taking it every night but I have a white to yellowish discharge now. I have cramps occasionally and heart burn too. I’ve been eating a lot and just been more emotional than normal. Ever since my missed week and even now on my birth control cycle i am having these symptoms. Has anyone ever had this before also? What could it mean?

Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Missing birth control pills for one week after periods greatly decreases the contraceptive efficacy of the pills.
Excessive mucus discharge, hunger and lower abdomen cramps can be present in early pregnancy also.
I would suggest you to wait for the periods, ic delayed then do get a urine pregnancy test done to confirm the diagnosis.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
