Will Morning After Pill Have Any Affect On Mamogram?

Hi,I am a 38 year old woman & I had unprotected sex lastnight and want to take the morning after pill. I am due to have a mamogram and ultrasound in 5 days, and bloodwork (which will be day 21) to test for cancer. Will this pill affect my results in 5 days time?Thanks
