hi,sorry to hear about your condition.what your baby is suffering from is called polycystic kidney disease which is a genetic disorder of two types autosomal dominant and autosomal recessive.in this case there is multiple organ involvement including kidneys, liver, pancreas, brain and even heart.this has a dismal prognosis with high fetal and neonatal mortality.and many times maybe diagnosed in one kidney and then slowly involves the second kidney. sorry for being blunt but did not want to give a sugar coated response but a second opinion with a paediatric surgeon is required to guide you better.
