Will My Pre-teen Son’s Knee Patch Spread, And What Precautions Should We Take?

Hi my son he is 13 year old at the age of 10 he got a small patch on the knee. But we recognized the problem after 2 years only and we started to give the medicine after consulting a doctor and the patch as been recovering slowly its been now for one and half year s. Till today there is a only one patch on the god Grace but my worry is that wether it spreads or not.or what the precaution we should take .
