Will Norlevo Have Effect On Vaginal Discharge?

i am 26 yrs old, weighing 52 kilos and 153 m in height.. i took norlevo on the 3rd of june and i got my menstruation on the 17th. i want to know if that pill would affect the vaginal discharge. i find it strange because i dont have the usual discharge on these days. today is the 1st of july and supposed to be i will have the sticky discharge..instead, it's loose and liquid. i got another sexual intercourse on the 23rd of june.. is it possible that im pregnant?
