Will One Lose Out On Sleep After Locker Boxing?

ok so me and my friend were locker boxing in hockey. he hit me alot in the head and threw me down. i was super dissey and saw stars. i was also of balance for a little bit. this happend about 10:00am today. it is late here and i want to know if i can sleep?
