had 45 herniation laminectomy new mri wiyh contrast nowl5impression left upon thecal sac 3/4 also tarlov cysts bilaterlys2 45 wher operated granulationtissue some residual disk material may be present question why they din't see this befor first mri no contrast next visit jan 7 2011 will i need more surgury wc case thanks
