Will Our Baby Have Damage To Her Brain?

Hi I had a growth scan at 32 weeks pregnant to find my little girl has a 13 mm dilated right posterior horn of ventricle. We have been referred to a specialist and everything else looks normal, does it found likely our baby will have damage to her brain?
