Will Pain In The Ring Finger After Surgery Reduce With Physiotherapy?

I'm 19yr old male. I met with an accident and i had fracture on my right hand ring finger. I t was at 45 degree. I couldn't move that finger. So i had a surgery before 3 weeks. The procedure done was "Collateral ligament release and arthrolysis of PIP joint". Now i'm experiencing the same pain as before the surgery was done. Will the finger will be fine if i continue physiotherapy?
