Will Pap Smears Become Very Painful As You Get Older?
Hello can you tell me if Pap smears can become very painful as you get older ? My pap smears never used to hurt but the last 2 i have had (with a different doctor) have been excruciatingly painful. i do have a reasonable pain threshold so i am wondering if it is age related or the doctor maybe.

No ,even though there will be dryness of vagina as you age and you have good threshold I do not think pain is due to ageing
