Will Pregnancy Test Give False Result If Tested On Immediate Day Of Sex?

i had had sex without condom on 28th of june 2012 . the next morning that is on 29th i took a pee test and it resulted to be negative . but my periods havent yet started and these are my dates . i sometimes have chest pain . i am scared that i am pregnant . is it so that i am pregnant ?

Hi.pregnancy test never become positive immediately after sex.if I would be your doctor then would suggest you to do it after 1 week of missed periods.
