Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic.

Judging from your description you seem to suffer from Androgenetic alopecia, which is genetically programmed patterned hair loss from the frontal and temporal scalp along with hair thinning and recession of frontal hair line.

Regaine is minoxidil and finpecia is finasteride, both of these are FDA approved for androgenetic alopecia. Minoxidil should be applied twice daily, 1ml with a dropper, at the scalp skin. Finasteride can be taken once daily.

Adgain and revilus are biotin supplements which support hair regrowth.

Visit a dermatologist for a prescription of these and follow up with your dermatologist every 2-3 months.

In my practice I also ask my patients of androgenetic alopecia to use a ketoconazole based shampoo daily as well.
