hi,
Resting and good food alone is insufficient to pull back your hb to normal. first, try to find out the cause for excess fall apart from your bleeding problem if any.
You, at least need hematenics that will boost your iron levels which are slashed due to excess bleed. along with them, you need to be taking rest and diet containing heamoglobin rich foods like leafy vegetables.
It will take 2-3 months to regain everything that you lost if you start over iron tablets or syrups.
Iron injections can increase your iron levels rapidly and can reduce recovery time
all the best.
