I have performed a review of the medical literature to help to answer your question. There are not a large number of studies on Ross River Virus during pregnancy, but one study of the population of the Cook Islands after a large outbreak of the virus looked at the outcomes of 80 women who gave birth after the infection during their pregnancy and there were no babies who had evidence of the disease. How severely the disease affects pregnancy depends mostly on how sick the mother is... For example prolonged high fever can have negative effects on pregnancy, no matter what the cause. I hope this helps to answer your question and I hope you recover soon!
