Will Sensory Motor Neuropathy Be Completely Cured With Medications?

Hello doctor, My mother who is 62 years is having numbness in hands, cant sleep in night and unable to walk on her own. After doing NCS test doctor said she has severe sensory motor neuropathy and prescribed some medicines and Renerve injection. Will she be cured and is there be any alternate medicines which can help to bring back her to normal lifestyle ?
