Will Shoulder Problems Reoccur After Arthroscopic Surgery?

i had an arthroscopic surgery on my right shoulder because of recurrent shoulder dislocation back in 2006 september. i had gone through physiotherapy for two years and from then on i have been doing weight training...though i dont face any problems now, is there any chance of future problems regarding the shoulder
