Will Side Effects Of Avelox Take Long To Wear Off?

I was prescribed Avelox for a sinus infection and had to stop taking the medication after three days due to severe dizziness, tingling in my hands, rapid heart beat, and sweating. I talked to my doctor and was switched to a zpack instead. The last Avelox pill I took was 2 days ago but I'm still experiencing dizziness and tingling in my hands. How long does it take for the side effects of Avelox to wear off?
