You probably have a maxillary sinusitis. Please specify the drug name you are taking.To treat sinusitis , you have to follow the following measures.
1) antibiotics if you have an infection(known by fever , chills ,tests)
2)Take antihistaminics
3)take steam inhalation frequently.
If you have recurrent sinusitis , you should get examined thoroughly by ENT specialist.
