Will Skin Grow Back On Scars From Burning (hot Water Spill)?

5 months ago i accidently spilled some boiling water on my thigh causing severe burn... After some treatment the wound has healed and the burnt skin got dried and peeled off, now the area lookes like pigmentation... I want to know if the skin will grow back ..what can i do to recover as soon as possible ..coz it looks really weird .

Hi,
I am quite empathetic to the hot water burn on thigh region. As it is 5 months since the incidence happened so there must be skin over the affected area. I can make out that you have pigmented skin over the thigh area. You can apply vitamin E containing cream over the affected area for 2-3 times a day. Keep it properly moisturized and do not try to scratch it.
