And the imp thing is dat am having very lil sleep only wen i sleep on the florr with my legs on the bed or some hieght because of which am really worried if it effects the baby. So, does sleeping on floor with legs on a hieght effect the baby? Hope to get my query answered.
Sleeping on the floor with legs on a height does not harm your baby. But don't continuously lie on your back. I advise you to sleep on your sides with legs and knees bent. It facilitates blood supply to your baby. Use a pillow between knees supporting the whole length of your legs.
The pregnancy hormones cause excessive relaxation of ligaments. This is the reason for your hip pain. Try warm shower and apply warm compresses to the sore area. This helps. For some massaging the sore area helps. you may try that too. Take enough rest during the day. Consult your doctor and learn exercises that strengthen your back and abdominal muscles and try to do them. This helps to relieve pain to some extent. I hope I have answered your concerns.
