Will Small Spot On Lung Cause Severe Cough, Breathing Trouble And Chest Pressure?

Hi, I have invasive lobular carcinoma with 5-7 lymph nodes involved. There is also a small spot on my lung. I will be having it biopsied in a few days. My question is would a small spot cause me to cough a lot, have trouble breathing and have pressure in my chest? Had stress est, no heart problem

Hello,

Of course a spot on lungs can cause cough, trouble breathing and spitting. The spot may be metastasis so a biopsy is needed.
