Hello, I am 18 years old and I have been a smoker for three years. I have recently got Nicotene Replacement Therapy from the Chemist and I have set a date to stop smoking. I am generally in good health, no real problems. However, is it possible that I could have lung cancer? This has been worrying me. As far as Im aware cancer does not run in my family and my dad smoked for 30+ years and he's fine. Thanks for your help, and time

It is our duty to break the chain of thinking and channelize the power of thinking for a rational subject or matter. The brain is like a grinding machine which grinds whatever you put in. So try to put something of use to the machine.
