Will Smoking Interfere With The Medication?

i went to the doctors today, turns out i had uti and it travelled to my kidneys, that explained the lower back pains, and the fever. my doctor prescribed me with 500mg tablets of ciprofloxacn, is it okay if i smoke cannabis, or will it interfere with the medication?

It will interfers with medication as smoking cannabis lowers concentration of drug so drug has not giving full effect so left smoking cannabis as cannabis itself psychoactive substance harmful to body so possible left it and if required help go to psychiatrist.
