Will Soreness And Swelling Of Knees And Feet Resolve By Itself?

4 weeks ago I went jogging for 3 mornings. Then I could not walk. My knees and feet were so sore. Now I still have problem with my feet. After I walk my foot aches around the back of my heel and on the top of my foot. If I sit down without putting my feet up they feel heavy and uncomfortable and they tingle. They still swell up if I walk too much. I put ice on them, have a natural and other cream for them. I rest them as much as I can. Should I get them checked by a doctor or will it just take more time.
