Will Spillage Of Semen On The Vagina Lead To Pregnancy?

Should my girlfriend use plan B?

We had sex last night, used a condom, and I came outside of her, however some semen leaked to the outside of her vagina.

She is also on the pill, (alesse 28) however did not take the pill at exactly the same time for the past month.

Just wondering if there is still risk of pregnancy, and if we should use emergency contraception.

Hi.

I dont think the ipill will be required in such a situation and also because I personally try to avoid asking my patients to use the ipill because it comes along with a lot of baggage resulting in numerous side effects. Bottom line: I don't think it is required.
