Will Stem Cell Transplant Procedure Rejuvenate Thin Legs Due To Morphea?

Hello, I was diagnosed with Morphea on my right leg when I was three years old. I am a 19 yrs old female. My leg, comparing it to the left leg, is thinner in shape and the skin too, making all the veins and the "glazy" scars so visible. Luckily, the right leg still have muscles but alot of adipose tissues were "eaten" by what i call "a monster cell". May i know any possible treatments for it. And if stem cell transplant procedure is possible to rejuvenate my leg? thanks!
