Will Stopping HCTZ Cause Clavicle Pain?

I have been taking HCTZ. Started coughing so I backed off. This weekend I had pain directly below left breast shooting into clavicle. I took Ibuprofen and some 5 mg Valium for pain and it subsided but returned. I do not believe it is heart related. Came home yesterday on plane and my feet are now swollen so I took another HCTZ this morning to deal with water. Would the stopping of HCTZ cause the clavicle pain? Seemed to come on a couple days after stopping and lasted about 3 days off and on.
