Will Surgery Help Chronic Sinusitis Post Nasal Drip?

I am suffering from chronic sinus post nasil drip especially at night, I use a presscripton nasal spray, with little relief, schedule to have surgery, however I am not sure if it will help, it seem as if I have a fistular that collecting mucus, or something is stimulating the production of mucus all the time.

See if you are properly diagnosed with Chronic sinusitis by an ENT specialist and your indication for surgery have been evaluated, you will definitely get benefit from surgery.
