Will Taking Augmentation-Duo And Monteck Reduce Accumulation Of Phlegm In Chest?

I am having problem of accumulating of phelgm in my chest when releasing it unable to breathe properly and pain in chest as well and cough is there. Kindly advise earlier last 3 years back i was taking tab augmentation duo and monteck LC MG. Will it be helpful in this situation if I start taking now. kindly advise.
