Will Taking Bifilac And Loperamide For Irregular Bowels Affect Me Adversely While On Diabetes, Blood Pressure, And Anxiety Medication?

Dear Drs, I take diabetic medicines like Reclimet and Jalra 50 along with Lodoz 2.5 per day and take Decorate, Ativan, orleanz 5mg, zolcalm 5mg and Lonazep 1mg at night. Now I have irregular bowels two or three times a day. So I stared on Bifilac for last two days and now, I took a capsule of Loperdamide. Will it effect me adversely??
