Will Taking Curam Tablet Affect Sperm Health Or Conception Chances In The Next 3 Months?

Hi doctor, probably due to an infection in the lymph nodes that causes some pain and heat in the left side of my neck, my doctor prescribed a course of antibiotic to me - Curam 650mg. However, since my wife and I have been trying to conceive, and I have read some research about how the Amoxycillin-Clavulanic acid contained in Curam would cause abnormality as well as decrease the mobility of the sperms. I am told that it takes 3 months for a sperm to be fully formed....so does it mean that there is no chance for us to conceive in the next 3 months? Should I take the antibiotics and still there is a chance we are able to conceive with a healthy sperm? Please kindly give me some advice. Appreciate that. Thanks William
