Will Taking MDMA Affect General Anaesthesia?

Will taking mdma the night before being put under general anaesthetic affect the anaesthesia? Will it be dangerous? Its a very simple procedure - for an abortion, it will only take 10 minutes, but will taking mdma the night before, if the surgery is in the afternoon be an issue? Thank you.
