Dear sir

Burning feet and extreme tiredness in due to hyperglycemia neuropathy, which is common when you do not treat high blood sugars

Secondly meganeuron is a methylcobalamine which is used to treat peripheral neuropathy which reduces the neuropathic pain.

Taking meganeuron does not cause any harm, so you can take it but along with it you need to continue taking regular antihyperglycemia medicines.

Thanks
