Will Taking Provera During Pregnancy Lead To Miscarriage?

Hi. I just found I was pregnant, but I take a medication called provera that helps induce my periods. I have to take a pregnancy test every 6 weeks with the provera to make sure im not pregnant before I start taking it. I tested at the 6 week mark and it was negative so i took my pills. I had this strange feeling I needed to test again and so I did yesterday and 3 test came back positive. Will the provera make me miscarry? I took all 5 of my provera pills starting last Monday. I haven't started bleeding yet, but I am having cramping. I should be about 8 weeks along.
