Hi,

Do not worry. Single dose of Progestrone does not cause any health issue in future. It contain progesterone and it is same hormone that present in body.Once period has been started, it is difficult to stop. Avoid stress, take healthy diet, drink plenty of water, do regular exercise, maintain proper pelvic hygiene.

Hope this may help you. Contact further if follow up needed.

Best regards,
Dr. Sagar
