Will Taking Sinemet Be Safe For Parkinson's Disease?

I've been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease and have been taking a generic form of Sinemet for the past few month. Over the past couple of weeks I have been getting what looks like maculopapular skin rash. I have about six or seven just on my face. They are very red and elevated with a small fluid in each. Then they get very dry and flaky. How can I treat?
