Will Taking Birth Control Pills After Surgery For Paraovarian Cyst Cause Any Problems In Pregnancy?

Hi,I am 22yrs old.on sep3,2012 I had my laparoscopic surgery for paraovarian cyst(left) .after den my gynaec advised me to take birth control pills for about 6months.now I got married.. Is there any problem with my pregnancy because of dis..now I stopped taking d pills
