Will Taking Femilon Pills Causes Infertility?

hello dr m 28 yrs old married for the last one and half year.on doctor's advice i took femilon for 13 months as a contraceptive.i have stopped the medicine now because i want to conceive.tried for last 3 months but no result.even my periods have become a bit irregular after stopping femilon.will i be infertile?

I've gone through your query and I can understand your anxiety.

Mostly those who are on FEMILON will get their period around 2 to 4 weeks after stopping the pill. However it depends on the pattern of your regular cycle.

Added to that, Weight, health status, stress & underlying pathology like PCOS, fibroid etc also affect your cycle.

And missed periods is one of the side effects of femilon usage for a long time. It doesn't affect your fertility.
