Will Taking Injections Continuously Affects The Type II Diabetic?

I am scheduled to receive an injection in my lower back tomorrow. This has been scheduled for 2 weeks. Three days ago, I fell and injured my shoulder. The orthopedis surgeon looked at it today and gave me an injection. Being a diabetic type 2, will it hurt me to receive mor injections as soon as tomorrow?
