Will Taking Thyroid Medicines Cause False Positive For Pregnancy Test?
Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here... I havw taken 3 home pregnancy test all say positive, but i have a autoimmune thyroid disorder that was discovered with a level of 150 tsh. Now it is point 009 I take cytomel and phenterine. I also take xanax and prozac for stress and anxiety and lopressor. My husband has also been using HCG drops oraly for what loose could any of these things create a false positive on a home pregnancy test.

It is unlikely that the thyroid disorders, antibodies or husband using hCG drops can cause false positive urine pregnancy test.
However, you can confirm the pregnancy by ultrasound after2 weeks.
