Will Testosterone Injection Help To Lose Weight?

I am 44/ had hyster in 2004 (34 yo) and have been doing great. Over the last 3-4 yrs Ive steadily been gaining wt. I am a vegetarian and also eat VERY healthy. No junk, non gmo, organic etc. I do cardio 3-4x wk and heavy weight training 5x week.. I am just gaining and gaining weight. I know weights out on muscle weight so I also measure my body. I cant seem to get the fat (esp in my abd) to budge. I m currently on BIHRT estradiol sublingual gels and was on testosterone cream for 2 mo and evidently my body was not absorbing it. My bloodwork shows thyroid is good but I had vertually no testosterone. I had my first testosterone injection yesterday. In your opinion will this help me with weight loss and or do you have any other suggestions?
