Will The Bruised Eye And Swollen Cheek Bone Heal On Its Own?

Hi, the last Tuesday I got a hit with someone's head below my left eye, now I feel better but I still have a bruised eye and my cheekbone is swollen and hurts, my question is if someday this happened and I will have my cheekbone normal like before my accident?
